It’s January
Surprise! (ha ha)
A lot of people take this month as a time to set some goals, make some intentions
That’s great! I encourage you to do so throughout the rest of the year as well
When I am working with people, whether it be in fitness or in mindset coaching
One of the main reasons they struggle to achieve those intentions is because they aren’t in touch with their “why”
It is so easy to find the “what”
There are lots of people to tell us “how”
But what is the “why”
Are you connected to that? (truly??)
Ask a couple of questions
Is the thing you are setting your intention to for you? Just you?
Is it something you want or something you think you have to do? (maybe because others are doing it)
What is the outcome you are looking to achieve?
What will you get from that outcome?
