Intro to Aerial Yoga with Naomi

Do you have a silk at home, or thinking of purchasing one? Intro to Aerial Yoga with Naomi is exactly where you need to begin! Hop on for your first flight!

HIIT with Julie

HIIT is a full-body workout. The class is a rigorous interval training sequence with high-intensity exercises. It builds cardiovascular fitness while improving muscular strength and endurance. People are challenged to push to their limits and walk out feeling strong.

Barre with Julie

You don’t need to be a ballerina to strengthen muscles and burn calories with this workout. Barre fitness combines ballet-inspired moves with elements of Pilates, dance, yoga and strength training.

Yoga for Hips and Hammies with Simone

Do you have tight hips and hamstrings? Do you know that improving the mobility in these areas will dramatically improve the health of your lower back? Simone brings a safe and in-depth knowledge to her yoga classes, this series is one of our favourites!

Tennis Ball Release with Michelle

In this class you will go through different movement patterns and different holding patterns to release trigger points. When you release these trigger points it allows the muscles to relax and the joints to release. It also allows inflammation in the body to release and a hydration to our fascia. With all of these elements, you will feel amazing! Michelle is ready, are you?
